Important tips before Wifi configuration:
1.Download the mobile App from App store.
2.The security camera only works with 2.4GHz Wifi band, 5GHz is not supported. Make sure your phone selects and connects with the 2.4GHz Wifi.
3.Please reset the camera before connect it with the App.
How to connect with App:
1.Reset the camera
Press the reset button in the hole for about 5 seconds with a needle at the back of the item. The camera begins to turn around itself. Waiting for about 40 seconds until it stops cycling.
2.Configure Wifi and connect with app
After the camera stops cycling. Opens the App and enter the Wifi name and password on the App. Wait for the connection and finish.
